Occupation: Special Education Early Childhood Teacher in Seymour, Wisconsin. (can't believe I've taught for 21 years!!)
What’s New: Attended WIU from 1976-78 then transferred to Illinois State University and graduated from there in 1980. Taught Early Childhood Special Education for 5 years in Kankakee, Illinois then went to Bourbonnais, Illinois and taught Grade 1 for 3 years. Met my now ex in 1987 when he was my mom's real estate agent. (I had known him and his family when I first lived in Appleton years ago) Married in 1988 and moved to Appleton, WI. Worked for my ex's mother as an Administrative Assistant at their real estate company for a few months then got my current job teaching Early Childhood Special Education for the Seymour Community Schools. Divorced in 1998 and have been enjoying life as a single person (hence the e-mail address free to be us 3). My kids keep me busy as does being a Girl Scout leader and co-leading a ministry group for people who have experienced divorce, separation or death. The group really helped me (Beginning Experience) through my divorce, so I have stayed active with them since attending their retreat. This Fall, I will take the plunge and start my Masters degree. Hopefully, I still have some active brain cells left!! That's my biggest worry as I find myself not as good with my memory, sight, etc. (isn't it the pits as we grow older and health issues increase??)
