Memories of Laurie Miller
Good Lord, where do I start, the 70's, 80's, 90's or 00. Actually it does not matter what year, Mo has always had the best laugh, a great sense of humor and a can do attitude. We have defintely had fun in all the years we have been friends and continue to be there for each other. True friendships are the best. Ok enough mushy stuff. I do remember when we hit Mr. Simpkins car (in his driveway, while he was standing at his front door) because we were
having way too much fun in the snow and ice. Mo tried to peel out and get away. THE MAN WAS LOOKING STRAIGHT INTO MY FACE. Thelma and Louise were dead in the water.
Good Lord, I probably would not have made it through the 70's without Loretta. We still e-mail at least once a week and plan outings here in the South. Who would have "thunk" it. Loretta and Karen; sweet southern belles. Now that is pretty funny.

What I’ve done in the last 20 years:
- Graduated college 2 times
- Married 2 times
- Childbirth 2 times (same husband thank goodness, married 14 years)
- Achieved personal and professional goals – I’m looking forward to retirement and having time to enjoy my children.
What I plan to do in the next 20 years: Hopefully not get any heavier! Retire in the country with my husband, 3 cats, 2 dogs, and 2 kids.
Words of advice for the Class of 1996: Take education seriously – never stop learning and listening.
