Memories of Officer Clark
First of all, my comments on OJ Clark may be a bit jaded....I worked with the man for many years, at Macomb Police Department and he was in my wedding, so....However, the REAL story of the "juice", im not at liberty to tell!!!!!
I first remember OJ, teaching at MHS...In fact, he was responsible for me getting into the Law Enforcement Program at WIU !!!! (so, he's to blame, huh???)....
Certain people, goofed off alot in his class...!! (not me, of course....) OJ was quiet and well-mannered, not how he is in REAL life, I might add!!!!
I remember going to a movie at the cinema with the entire class, and he made me sit in a row all by myself!!!!!!!!!!!! As I look back on it now, I have noo clue why we went to go see a movie, but hey, who's complaining????
One day, I remember, some people, or gee, maybe it was just one, barging into our classroom, causing all sorts of a ruckus...At the end of their tirade, they finally left and went on their way......OJ, in his ultimate wisdom, asked us to write down everything these people were wearing, their descriptions, from head to toe.......Turns out, this was a planned interruption, and he wanted to see just how observant we were!!!!!! Something people in Law Enforcement should take note of!!! (no comment)
He was a good teacher, and became a great police officer, thanks to all the dispatchers of course, and became a very good friend as well!!!!!!!!!!!
10-4....over and out good buddy..!!
